    Leaking corny

    Can anyone help? I took my tap off the cornie keg to stop it getting banged.     Straining grain beer

    I have made an all grain Bass brew. I think its just about stopped fermenting now. In the liquid I have a lot of suspended stuff like grain bits. Does anyone know what i could use for straining it before bottling?? :cheers: :thumb:

    Fining a grain brew??

    Gravity 1020

    Ginger beer

    Im making ginger beer from the real stuff. Will it finish cloudy? I dont mind, but I just need to know! My daughter has made some from a coopers kit and that seems to be cloudy still a good week after bottling. Is this just ginger beers way?? :wha: :thumb: :cheers:

    Grolsh clone??

    Ginger beer expolosive???

    I keep reading about ginger beer exploding in there bottles. I have brewed lots of beer and lager in my time and never had a problem like this! Why is ginger beer so problematic?? :wha: :thumb:

    To fine or not to fine

    liquorice stout beer

    Anyone done anything with liquorice? I went into Holland And B and purchased a bag o sticks! Currently these are softening up in a demijohn of warm water untill I know what to do with them!!     Alcotec Turbo yeasts!!

    Anyone tried those Alcotec turbo yeasts? They can make 20% spirit in 24hrs I believe. Im just curious as to how and if they work!! :wha: :whistle: :cheers:
