    Wife Swap Feedback

    Guys n Gals, just make sure u sanitize well, extra precaution use a bottling brush and make sure u rinse really well, don't leave any debri around the edges. Don't rush it and forget a hydrometer reading :doh:

    taking a break!

    I got 29 Demis full as well as 60 plus bottls full. Am trying the free site for more demis , to get brewing again. I am starting to be able to make some wines such as Beaverdale and Kenridge and looking to leave them in the Demis for 6-12 months :D

    Solo Bottling Aghh

    For wine and beer (if bottling) I rack off into another vessel, Then I will bottle. On the point of doing the bottling solo I purchased a bottling stick (about £4) and it allows you to bottle really easily.

    I also found some floaters Also I think mine worked out to 3.6 With regards to floaters and I know I may get a telling of here, but I syphoned of through a tea strainer into a F bucket and then bottled. And what a superb drink it is :thumb: I will be brewing this again and again before xmas...
