    Kris n Bri's Brewday...

Reeeeeeet so turned up at @Manxnorton sarnies in tow at around 9:30am to see the GF and sparge water all prepped ready to roll. Massive 9kg + grain bill for this. Everything kicked off rosy all temps met, mash in temp steady at 65 degrees and after fuelling up with daft crack, all english...

    £100 Million for a 33 year old.

He'll make that fee back in shirt sales in the 2/3 year he is at Juventus then advertising, sporting rights etc will lump it up even more. Steal in commercial terms. Read somewhere they've already flogged a million Ronaldo tops at 70 quid a pop. Not sure if it's true or not but wouldn't surprise me

Do you brew alone or in company

Me and @Manxnorton have brewed together a couple of times. Good laugh which often veers into the ridiculous haha! Brew alone mainly but every day myself and Bri and another lad Andy are swapping ideas, tips and pointers on a whatsapp group. All good crack :)

    Toffee Apple Cider!

Do you reckon it would be palatable after only 2months if I get it done this weekend fermented then bottled? I'm thinking of below to upscale it to a 19/20 litre batch 19L 100% Organic Apple Juice 1.250Kg Honey Water to top 1 pack yeast of your choice. Popular choices are Montrachet...

    Toffee Apple Cider!

Morning all! I have a fishing trip coming up early august and a few of the lads drink Cider. I'm thinking of surprising them with a nice big batch of toffee apple to help wash down the BBQ on a night time. I have done a fair few All grain homebrews so far but never ventured into cider...

American Pale Ale (THAIPAandLE) using Kaffir Lime Leaves

I tried a similar on ein the Newcastle Tap last week called ThaIPA. I was expecting a lovely hit off the lime leaves and was disappointed. This recipe looks decent though :)

    IPA go suck it

******** to the lot of it. This just makes me want to brew a Double NEIPA Milkshake with 16kg of hops in the boil then a further 40kg in the FV to dry hop followed by 16 ounces of vodka soaked Lychees. But seriously just because you're mortal and don't like summit doesn't make other...
