    Amundsen desert in a can???

I’ve tried a few but unfortunately can’t remember which ones lol. They were all high abv stouts. I’ve liked all the ones I’ve tried so if there were a clone of any I’d probably give it a go!

    Tonka beans??

I ended up using 3 (crushed) for last 10 mins of boil. I tased after fermentation and decided to add a further 3 (crushed) as a dry hop for 4 days. Taste and aroma was prominent but not overly so

New to packaging with Corny Kegs

No need for a second fermentation at all. Just ferment as normal then cold crash if possible. Then transfer into the corny and force carb!

    Gram per litre dry hop?

Meaning? I usually bung in the dry hops once the beer has reached FG and leave them at 20deg for 3 to 4 days before cold crashing?

    Gram per litre dry hop?

Is it because it’s a Brut? I just opened the first bottle of my first batch of Brut last night and am also disappointed with the hoppy ness!

    Gram per litre dry hop?

I’m currently brewing an APA (aiming for a session able 3.5 abv) What roughly would be the recommended gram per litre of dry hop? I’m aiming for on the hoppy end of the scale! I’m thinking approx 7g/L?

    Big drop clone??

Anyone got a decent clone recipe for any of the 0.5%abv beers brewed by Big Drop? They’re brewed at that strength apparently and don’t reduce abv post fermentation with complicated processes......
