Hi all I recently made a youngs NWS which went wrong before I added the hops. So I have 90g of hops and was looking for ideas as to what to use them on. I believe they are Pacific jade and motueka but not sure of the split. Any suggestions welcome. Cheers Dicko

Hi all I was about to make up a wherry and found there to be only one 6g packet of yeast. I have a spare packet of yeast from a coopers stout and was wondering if it would be suitable? Cheers Dicko

Hi all, I recently made this kit (devils half porter) and added the Coopers stout kit and it's turned out really nice. Definitely more of a stout with nice bitterness. Has anyone else tried this mix? Cheers Dicko

Hi all. I was going to start the St peters ipa tonight and realised its a muntons kit with a miserly 6g sachet of yeast. Has anyone had any issues with the kit yeast and if so, any suggestions for a replacement? Thanks in advance Dicko
