Hi sorry for the newbie question. I will be starting my first AG brew soon using equipment that i have built up using a cool box as a Mash Tun. My question is, when a recipe calls for 60 Mins at 66C then 10 Mins at 75C how do you raise the temp of the Mash Tun, do you just add boiling water...

Can you get sanitiser wipes for when you don't want to make up a full solution? I.e. When taking a hydrometer reading you could just give it a wipe. I know you can get Milton wipes (baby bottles etc) would they work?
