    I cut my plastic round coat hanger, however the ends have small hollow holes. Was this the wrong type because bacteria could form in here?

    Kenridge Classic Pinot Noir was just like shop red wine after 3 days in the bottle. I don't know if it will be worth trying cheaper kits if they don't turn out any good

    worth the extra £7?

    Just finished the KC Pinot Noir. When bottling it tasted very tart, however 3 days later it is perfect. It tastes just like red wine from the shop. I've not done any of the cheaper kits, now I'm scared they won't be as good as the KC ones.

    Clearing Clumps/Marks not Falling

    I am doing the Kenridge classic pinot noir kit and have been at the clearing stage for a week. I've followed all of the instructions, adding the kieselsol, then degassing 8 times over 2 days, then adding chitosan and mixing. It says to wait 6 days for it to clear.
