    Hi all i have bought my self a maxi 310 chiller after building a man cave tap room i have 3 taps to run through the 4 lines on chiller question is the JG fittings i have that come with it fit on to it nice and tight one way not the other and the 3/8 beer line leaks the other dose any one know...

    Portable c02 injector

    Hi i have one of the c02 injectors that you put a bulb inside but the bulb is lose in side and rattles around inside i have tried packing it out but it still dose not pirce the bulb do i need to add a pin to this and if so how do i as it looks like a sealed unit or do i have wrong bulbs or doing...

    These kit are pretty fool prof just put the yeast in try to keep it at 20c it will take off like a rocket at first but will start to slow down by day 3-4 and by day 7 there will be very little happening just cheek the FG down about 1010 and it will be fine I promise

    if i have had a beer in the fv for 9 days then dry hoped in a presser barrel for 4 days then bottled will there be enough yeast in there still to bottle as i have done 20 odd bottles in champagne bottles and dont think i can face doing them all again :doh:

    ok thanks for your help may tone it down just a wee bit not to much mind :lol: love the sound of the super intense Citra and Elderflower Spring Pale Ale sounds a winner in my book :thumb:

    going to do a citra pale ale today but not used them before is it a little gose a long way or can you go a bit heavy with them was thinking 30g Columbus copper hop 50g late 50g flame out

    yes we Spock to them its going to cost £200 quid for enough for every one or £60 quid for corkage and the cost of the brew thanks pittsy good info there :thumb:

    Hi all and a happy new year.So here is the thing im getting married in July and want to make the beer for a toast as im not a fan of champagne and nether it the other half.so was thinking of doing a very pale ale using low colour marris otter and a bit of wheat for head adding Tangerine juice...
