4 line Maxi Cooler Set Up

I've managed to get hold of a maxi cooler but I'm not sure how to set it up. I can see 4 lines in that should be connected to the kegs and the 4 lines out that need connecting to the beer taps but its the other ones I'm unsure of. Do I really need water? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    CO2 Help

I’m converting from bottles to corny kegs and have decided to go down the route of kegs through a maxi chiller and then into pumps. I’ve no idea what to about the co2 though. I’ve been online but haven’t got a clue about what size cylinder to get, how tall they are (as I’ve got about 36 inches...

    Conditioning Question

Hi, Can anyone explain why beers in a bottle or a barrel have to be left for a period time to condition (not carbonate) whilst it seems to me that beers that are put into Kegs and/or forced carbed don’t need conditioning. Is that correct? When I did a local brewery tour recently I was told...

    Festival old Suffolk strong Ale.

After another few weeks it's got even better. This is a lovely beer. I'm going to put some of these away for Xmas.

    Festival old Suffolk strong Ale.

After only 2 weeks conditioning in the bottle this is a lovely beer. Absolutely astounded how nice it is at this early stage and I would happily pay for a pint of this at my local

    Festival old Suffolk strong Ale.

Ended up adding all the hops and following the instructions. The fermentation didn't quite make the final FG of 1.014 and i got down to 1.016 making an abv of 5.78% rather than the expected 6.5% although I'm not complaining. Upon bottling it had a pleasant, deep taste so I'm expecting that it...

    Festival old Suffolk strong Ale.

Put this on yesterday. Brewed short to 21l and got an OG of 1.060. 24 hours later and the airlock is bubbling away nicely. Thinking of only adding half the hops after the first 5 days are up as I'm not took keen on overly hopped beer.

    Is this too simple?

Try e950 cider yeast with sweetener if you like a sweet cider. I use it for fruit turbo cider

    Sweet Turbo Cider Recipes Please?

Just bottled 41 pints of Evolram’s recipe. The only difference was that I used a yeast with sweetener and I’ve primed with more of the strawberry syrup. It tastes really good at this stage so can’t wait to try it again after it’s conditioned a while in the bottle......if it lasts that long

    Priming Turbo Cider

I’m going to be bottling some sweet turbo cider soon which has been made using the Polish strawberry syrup. I’ve read that using the syrup to prime gives a greater strawberry flavour. Could anyone tell me how much to use per 500ml bottle please?
