I used a fv what should the hydrometer read ?

No the air lock has not bubbled I did check and it is air tight

Hi I have brewed my first ever brew which was a magnum cider i brewed the cider 7 dsys ago and followed the instructions, my brew hasn't bubbled at all , but has formed a head on top of the cider what should I do . I was thinking of adding more yeast, is this a good idea ?
