Hi, just an update on my first homebrew, bottled wednesday after 9 days, it all appears ok but I think I have allowed some of the sediment to get in the bottles(some seem quite cloudy), how long would it be best to leave them for now??? it says I can try after 2 wks but like the best from it so...

Hi, I added my yeast 2 1/2 days ago now, Im using the wilkinson lager homestarter kit. At what point would you suggest is best to keg/bottle? Once I have kegged it, will I be able to store it and bottle it when its ready to drink or do I have to bottle it at this stage?

would you advise me to add some sugar at the kegging stage? if so whats the purpose of this? also I added the yeast to my wort yesterday and it seems to be doing just fine at the moment thankyou for your help

my recipie is asking for 1kg of sugar do i add 1kg of beer enhancer kit????? also i noticed that on day 8 u added 50g of sugar????

Sorry to be a pain but I cant find the youngs starter kit on wilkinsonsplus, they have the wine kit but not the lager/beer kit, would the wine kit be ok to use for both wine and beers? :wha:

Would I still need the fermentation vessel, syphon and the other various items???
