    Getting into the homebrew hobby after being given an out of date tin of Coopers Stout .The date had expired by a few years but on opening the tin the 'treacle' looked good with no nasty smell etc, but after mixing ,as per the instructions, a kilo of (demerrera) sugar and sprinkling in the yeast...
