    Coopers European Lager Review

Hi Folks, I've just bought a can of this one, the kit says to go to diybeer.com/101 for detailed instructions. But it just says to use recommended fermentables, ie 1kg Coopers Brew Enhancer and Coopers Carbonation drops (2 per 740ml bottle)approx 30 bottles)). All other kits I've done so far...

    Help! Is this brew ruined?

My Cabernet Sauvignon has spewed everywhere overnight . Is there anything I can do to save it? It is in a fridge in the shed kept at 23C over a heating mat. The mat kicks in at 22.5 and the fridge kicks in at 23.5. It's only been going since Thursday so 3 days.

    Cold Crashing a Lager Kit

I have acquired a fridge for brewing in the shed, as My 2nd effort at a Brewmaker Premium Pilsner Kit is almost at the bottling stage, I'm wondering if it would be worth cold crashing it. My 1st attempt I used Liquid Malt Enhancer, which turned out quite hazy but tasty enough, this one I've used...
