Hi all I brewed an irish stout which on it's own is pretty good but I feel it could be better I was looking at adding some vanilla. The question I have is the stout has been in the keg for over a month is it still ok to add the vanilla pods or is it to late. Thanks in advance.

hi all iam trying to get my beer clearer been using profloc tablet in the boil and wirlpooling at the end but just wondered if I bought a filter and run it from fermentor through the filter in to my keg. a/ would this work B/would this add oxygen to the beer as it passed through the filter...

sorry very new to all this didn't cold crash probably why mines quite cloudy how cold would you go? did think about throwing the hops in the fv but half are pellets and thought they might just sink in to the muck on the bottom

Sounds good When I do the second kit I won't use the hop spider.and look for a better way to dry hop.but very pleased with first ever brew.
