After doing two batches of Asda apple Juice cider, I am looking to try something different can anyone recommend a different juice to use. My local Asda appears to have limited stocks at the moment of all juices. A recipe would be great if anyone has any suggestions?

How much sugar should I be using per bottle? Just had a batch of bottles that randomly exploded when opened. I was making up a sugar solution of 5g per bottle and adding to an 2nd fv mixed with beer before bottling. Thanks F
