Does anyone use Plaato? Its a good £50 cheaper - I wanted to know if it was as accurate as Tilt?

What would the effect of diluting around 2 weeks into primary fermentation?
I brewed a 6 gallon recipe and only filled the PF to 5 gallons to prevent krausen blow off in my 6.5 gallon fermenter bucket.

I've just cracked my fermenter open on day 5 of Fermentation of a double yeast pitched DIPA. I was clean in the brew as far as I could tell.
Does this photo look normal? Bubbling has slowed down a little bit but it's still bubbling from time to time.
Are these just yeast rafts or an infection?
Has anyone got one of these? I've seen sometimes theres issues with trub/yeast not actually making its way into the catch bottle.

Ive run a Northern Brewer Pliny clone recipe through Brewers Friend to adjust the batch size because I've only got a 5 gallon fermenter for a 6 gallon recipe.
Its come out at around 200 IBU?! Whats up with that? Have I made some rookie error here...
Anyone got any thoughts on this recipe? I dont know about the steeping grains - I've sort of used what I've learned about NEIPAs to allow for a bit of cloudiness though I dunno if steeping these grains has the same affect on murkiness...
