    will you be able to get hold of cider apples or just eating apples? With Cider apples you can produce a cider also with just 1 type of apple. If you can't get those than you will need a mix of eaters and cookers but you will have to add malic acid and tannin.

    Hello, sounds all really good. You might want to consider using some finings such as tannin and malic acid next time to see if it works any better for you.

    I think that the minimum price will only affect the people that buy those 2 litlres bottle so of strongbow for 2 pounds or the really cheap lagers. Homebrew and traditional ales/ciders should not be impacted

    I store both the empty and full ones in the cellar. The advantages of a cellar is that it keep pretty much the same temperature throughout the year.

    if I remember correctly Magnum Cider kits require an extra 1.3 kg of Sugar that has to be stir up properly. Try and give a stir (or add the extra sugar if you did not do that before).
