Oh my word!! Just tried a bottle of my first ever homebrew...Youngs AIPA! It still has a week of conditioning to go, but it’s absolutely delicious.

Two things, 1. How long should I leave my bottles in a a warm environment before moving them to the garage for conditioning? 2. Which beer would you recommend for my second go?

I used one coopers plastic bottle and it’s now rock hard. Priming sugar seems to have worked

Just taken reading and it’s at 1004. Added the dry hops in a large nylon bag weighed down. Sample tastes good already.

Help! Two weeks today, the AIPA has been in the FV. I just realised that the boiler was on the blink and the temp of the wort has dropped to 16*C. I took a SG reading and it was 1008. I have got the heating working again thanks god, but should I dry hop now after 2 weeks and a temp drop, or...

Mine’s been in the FV for a week now and is quietly bubbling at approx 21*C. Should I be checking anything? I haven’t opened the lid since I set it.

Hi all I moved the FV away from the radiator and the thermometer strip on the outside is reading 22*C, which means it's probably about 23.5*C inside.. It's bubbling away furiously and was making a bit of a splash until I realised the plastic cap on the airlock should be pushed on!! I'm tempted...

I’m starting my first kit, this AIPA, tomorrow and although it sounds perfect for a beginner, I’m a little concerned about getting the temp right, as the only room that sits between 21 and 24 degrees is a second floor bedroom! If it turns out well it will be a price worth paying.
