    I got one. Very pleased with it. Bought it in Holland: https://www.brouwstore.nl/brew-monk-alles-in-een-brouwsysteem Model 2019 is out. With level control and possibility to lift up your mash pipe half way. I´ve got the old version though. Unfortunately!

    I don´t make labels. I use different color caps to keep my different beers apart.

    Show us your beer.

    Another SMaSH. Brewed November 22nd, second fermentation december 8th and bottled January 20th. Pils Malt, Cascade hops and Fermentis Safale US-05 yeast. Turned out really well. Very clear!

    Every once in a while they will invent new setups. Look at de Brewster Beacon! I got a BrewMonk, bought it in August last year. In december they came with an update.. The possibilty to put the malt pipe in two positions...

    Brewster beacon cutting out

    Hi there! I own a BrewMonk and bought the Brewster bottom filter. Works great for me. Are you using that filter? Maybe it touches the heating sensor and that may cause your problem. Good luck!
