Tinned peaches as an addition to Wine #1

Hi guys Im sure that you can add tinned peaches, the caution that I would add is that when I have made wine from peach or appricot juice there has been a truly HUGE amount of sedement and it has taken for ever to get remotely clear.

    Elderflower wine sweetness

One of my first fruit wines was Elderflower champers and whist pleasing it was a bit too sweet for my tastes as Elderflowers are now comming out Im thinking of giving it another try. So do I use less sugar? Let it brew longer? Or make wine instead of champers?

    videne smells like tcp..rinse ?

ditto keeping some to hand for small jobs and mixing fresh when bottling etc. I have found a way of balancing bottles and FV upside down in the sink and leave them like that for 10 to 20 minutes just to make sure that they are properly drained.

can you split a 30 bottle kit between 2 brew vessles?

    Mortgages.... Looking for ny first

You would not have to switch from joint as it is only that they are taking both incomes in to account. IF your wages go up say you are newly qulified and in a couple of years expect to have had a good promotion or two you may well be able to afford what was originally a joint morgage on one...
