    The biggest I have is 10 us gallon but would like bigger Internet isn't very helpfull. I remember someone on here a while ago said they came across a really big one at a scrap yard. What's the biggest corny on this site ?

    I looked into this a little while ago and the cheapest way of getting them is from sweeden and to buy 150 works out at 1.60 each which sounds ok but 150 is 320 quid I was sniffing about for people to chip in and get say 50 each but got no interest.     Conditioning

    I Ferment for about 2 weeks then move to another barrel to clear for about a week then key or bottle unless I'm using a pressure barrel then I move straight into that after 2 weeks. maybe you were a too cold for it what was the temp during the first 10 days?

    Possible cause of contamination?

    Just be carefully when taking a sample from the tap if you don't allow any air in then by drawing off beer you will suck the water from your trap backwards and either outside air or worst tap water will be in your brew anyway could put vodka in your trap ? Or not use one at all just keep the lid...

    im a self employed plumber and can only put down the ridiculous amount of wine we got through to being very quiet at the moment only working a couple of days a week means I'm sat about a lot looking at the keg and when the weather is nice it's rude not to sit in the sun with a brew

    I suppose if you found it was a bit carbonated you could fill up a jug and degass with a whisk ? Each time you fancied a bottle I don't bother but if that's your concern it might be a solution

    Low as I can get away with they work really well for white I find that with red after a while you can detect even the slightest carbonation and I don't like it but you can get away with white No problem If that makes sense

    I have done an admirals it's in the corny at the minute and to be honest I'm disappointed not with the kit but I think I fermented at too high a temp it tastes very home brew. I'm sure it's my fault as it gets very good reviews

    Yes the colour chanes back when I poured the brew on to the filter I'm not gonna chuck it it was a 1.25 ml per liter solution of videne and it was a 5 gallon brew so it will be well diluted
