    Brewferm Gallia

    Just tasting a Gallia that has been bottled 2 weeks ago. Very nice I must say. Goes down really easy! Tasty! I substituted half the sugar with dried wheat malt extract. I'm looking forward to tasting this when it's matured.

    Woodfordes Wherry Review

    I've made Muntons IPA and Cwtch. Both came out very good without temperature control. I have not noticed this twang people talk about. I store my bottles at 9-12 °C after conditioning. Got a Wherry kit that I will brew soon.

    Coopers Bootmaker Toucan dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. 2 weeks in the bottle and tastes very nice.

    Never was a fan of Carlsberg even in my youth. It was very poular and still is here in Sweden. Always preferred Tuborg Gold among the danish beers avaiable where I grew up. Sadly Carlsberg now owns Tuborg and many other old scandinavian breweries.
