    Brew Monk 30L controller fault?

Hi all, My Brew Monk 30L has developed a fault. I've had it a year and probably brewed with it a dozen times or so with no problems but today as I was heating the mash water it kept switching off as if it had reached temperature when it hadn't. I restarted it a couple of times (the controller...

    Jon Finch NEIPA recipe question.

Hi, I'm currently fermenting a NEIPA all grain recipe kit I bought from Malt Miller. Instructions are minimal and for the dry hop it just says 7 days. Does that mean dry hop for 7 days (and if so when do I add them) or on the 7th day in which case for how long! The recipe is from the book...

    What's in my sample!

Hi, Brewed an all grain Hoppy APA kit from Get Er Brewed on my Brew Monk yesterday (its first outing). All went OK I think but I'm wondering what's floating in my OG sample and if it's perhaps indicative of something I may have done wrong or just normal and nothing to worry about.

I'm a BIAB brewer and at the end of the boil I move my 17 litre stock pot from the hob to the sink to cool. I can usually get the temp...

First All Grain BIAB Brewday water treatment worries!

Hi all, I've been lurking here for a while now attempting to hoover up all the accumulated knowledge before I attempted my first stove top all grain BIAB but I've hit a brick wall and need a little help! The background to all this was my better half thinking it would be a good idea to buy me...
