    CO2 bottle or regulator problem

Thanks for the reply. It's empty. I might've leaked when I left the bottle open and connected to the empty keg

    Grain prices creeping up.

It was a 25kg bag. They said they buy it from their supplier pre-crushed but didn't say if it was bagged by them or not. I did actually open it from the bottom as it was leaking out a little bit from that end.

    Grain prices creeping up.

How to read a water report

Hi H.B., I'm in Maidstone too. If you were a newcomer to water treatment, what would you first add to your tap water for hoppy pales or best bitters?

    Knife Set

I'd love an excuse to by more shinier knives but I do amost everything with these and am really happy. I've got a low end procook bread knife and carving knife which are fine and I use so little I can't justify upgrading

Have you purchased the dark LME yet? I find light LME us better then darken yourself. I use 2.5kg Light LME, about 400g of dark grains, 200g crystal, 100g oats, 300g brewers sugar
