    What did you brew today?

I've always done it, from when I started in the late 80s. I read it in a how-to book from that time, where it advised that every extract kit is improved by a boil. The only kits I haven't done that with are the 2 Mangrove Jack Pink Grapefruit IPAs. These are the first tin kits I've done for a...

Mangrove's jack grapefruit pink ipa limited edition

Done two lots, and drank them quicker than than it took to brew. Very nice, got another in my cellar ready to go this week in time for Xmas. Only ever bottled, however. Personally, I like them to be in the fridge for a couple of hours before pouring; could do with one right now!!!

    What did you brew today?

I also added 500g sugar to the boil, to get a gravity of 1050. Guess I'd better order some bottles then. Appreciate your reply.

    Hello from Buxton

Hello everyone, just found this excellent site. I have made homebrew stout from extract, nearly 30 years ago, and loved it. Then I had children!! So just getting back into the full-grain scene, tried it last year and it was a beautiful pint of bitter, starting again with big plans, including a...
