    Elderflower Champagne - bottle carbing sugar dose please.

    I'm bottling 2 gallons for a friend, I have the champagne bottles and the plastic corks and cages - what would you guys recommend as a carbing sugar dose please? ( I have a bag of priming sugar from an old brew that I didn't use)

    Solar Panels on New Build Estates

    Does anyone know why it isn't Government policy to put Solar Panels on all new builds? Surely for a new estate you could set up localised collection and distribution etc ? Just a thought...

    Dorset Homebrew - another one bites the dust...

    Dorset Homebrew has had to close. They were once just round round the corner from me in Wimborne, with a walk in shop, then relocated to Hamworthy, as an online concern only......and now they're gone. FFS. I now don't know of a single homebrew shop anywhere near me......sad times.

    I'm talking about the stuff we normally buy in over the festive period... Mine is a Brandy Alexander - 1 Part Brandy, 1 Part Creme de Cacao, 1 Part Single Cream, shaken in cocktail shaker....mmmmmmmm.

    PB Taps - dealing with drips (NOT leaks)

    What do you guys do after drawing a pint to stop the drips from the taps? It's a pain holding a cloth/kitchen roll under the tap to soak up the beer......

    Anyone ever dry hopped in a PB? I'm thinking of putting 25g of pellets in a Razorback IPA I've got coming......is it a bad idea?
