    I am inclined to agree on the grape one! Raspberry juice next time or maybe blackcurrant or something but not grape....Very dry

    Well done i been doing kits and doing variations for ayear and 3 months and still havent ventured into AG. I am slowly building all the kit required however... Wort chiller done! , Mash Tun in prgress :cheers:

    Excellent response thanks... In regards to your questions.... It fermented out in demijohn without a doubt no airlock action and steady Hydro readings. I transferred to secondary Demi john and fined it with good results. having only made a 5L demi john i couldnt really have a mass...
