It's on it's second week of clearing in my keg. Looking at leaving it a month, just hope it settles down and I don't need to keep releasing the pressure for the next 2 weeks.

Hi Steve I notice you said that the Woodfordes Wherry takes an age to clear. I've just done my first brew using WW would you suggest using Finings to clear it in the keg? Cheers

Tested my FG today and it's sitting at 1.010, so if it's the same tomorrow I'll get cracking on getting in to the keg. Just a few quick questions tho: Should I add the CO2 once it's kegged or should I leave it the four weeks, taste it then do it? And does the priming sugar make any difference...
