    Quince cider...

    I'm currently experimenting with quince, starting with using pectolase to break down the cells to extract juice. 3 different 1g brews on the go including what will be an attempt at a sparkling version. Definitely worth a try for the wonderful aroma produced if nothing else :)

    Pak Choi !!!

    I have a bed full of Pak choi which the slugs got into while I was on holiday :evil: Since I've recently taken up wine making, I've been thinking maybe I can utilize it for wine rather than chucking in the composter. Anyone ever tried this or something similar?
