    How to make Turbo Cider.

My latest batch of TC has just finished fermenting, I added a little extra sugar at the start lol. I've taken its FG and I believe it is around 8.8%abv, I think this batch may qualify as Twin Turbo Cider 🤣😂🤣😂

    Busy couple of hours!

@Clint method in the madness, make lots then some of it can stay in the bottles to condition longer as I work my way through it all. Once these are done I will probably put the same amount on again

    Increasing the Alcohol in TC

Thanks for the reply @terrym if I am reading that right I can use either sugar (cheapest ;) ) and all will be well. with your calculation 500g should give a full point. I will give this a go on my next batch at the weekend.

Hi, I've now made a couple of batches of TC and really enjoying them, but fancy having a dabble with increasing ABV and make what I'm going to affectionately call Twin Turbo Cider lmao. Presently my 25ltr batches come out between 5.6-5.8% ABV. How much sugar would I need to increase it by say 1...

    1st beer kit recommendation

Thanks, I will have a look for them and give them a go. I'm still in shock over how nice this beer tasted. Last time I had home brew was about 30years ago when my Dad make some, it was disgusting. Kits have obviously come a long way 👍

What a lovely, hoppy, beer this is, exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to neck the remaining 39bottles...
