G'day all, finally after years of procrastination MK V of the brewery: All Brass replaced with stainless finally.
Timer allows me to set the brewery ready for an early start to brewdays.

Used the water additions calculator, calls for an addition of CRS which we can't get here in Australia. Thought it may be Phosphoric Acid or some such. Anyone know what it actually is and what strength.

Have always wondered what this field is for. Not important just inquisitive, tried entering Style and IBU without results, so sorting doesn't seem to be what it's for.
