    I came 2nd in the comp :) the feedback was really good it scored high and the summary comment was "a perfect mild"...can't go wrong with that :) I will post the recipe elsewhere (if you know what I mean?) :lol:

    I racked my mead again today with the intention of bottling it however it is still sitting at an SG of 1032...I decided to add some sugar (25g) and more yeast and nutrient to try and get it down further. The taste from the trial jar however was frickin' gorgeous! Wow it tastes great!:party:

    Whoops! Yes depending on the fridge design the cooling pipes will run through the walls...I think this fridge is a gonner :( well at least with the next one you get will have all the hard bit done so its just plug and play! :thumb: Have a pint and try to forget about it :cheers:

    No reason you can't use it for brewing, although just bear in mind you can't use oxy-clean type cleaners on as it will react with the aluminium :thumb:
