Hi, this happened a few brews ago & has just happened again. The lager looks & tastes fine but is totally flat!
I put 2.5 teaspoons of sugar in per 2 litre bottle before bottling, all were sterilised, I have no idea.

Can anyone tell me the difference in brewing wine with demijohns compared the fermenting buckets? I have my first wine brewing in a 5ltr fermenting bucket & want to do more but I dont know anything about it. thanks sean
Hi, just registered on here, started brewing at xmas & have done 2 different lagers (enjoyed :D ) & one pear cider. The pear cider has a strong ammonia type of smell to it, any ideas?? thanks
