I started mine on the 11th May, so just over 3 weeks now. I have them in 2 litre PET bottles and they are clearing nicely, will leave them another week then try one :)

I've got that kit on and just bottled last week, though I think the OP is looking for a receipe to make out of fruit.

Mine was bottled last week, so going to give it a few more weeks before trying it, will report back :)

Thanks, will just let it do it's thing and see how it is in a few months. If it is very dry, I assume just adding some sweetner or mixing it with some apple juice would do the trick?

Ok thanks, have put the airlocks back on the DJ's with the TC in them, yeah they did give a bit of oomph when removed the bungs :? I used 3 litres of Sainsburys AJ from Concentrate and 2 litres of Sainsburys Fruit Cocktail from concentrate. Also as suggested by your good self, I used cider...

Just a quick question on bulk aging GA, should I leave the airlock/bung on or just use a plain bung? Will there still be co2 being produced meaning there will be no where for it to escape if a plain bung is put on the DJ? Also the Apple & Fruit Cocktail TC I have made, it seems very, very...

Is it REALLY that easy? Just keep some of the sediment, add some AJ and then keep it warm etc?? Then what do you do? :wha:

Well all is going well :D The Apple TC SG ended up at 1.000 from 1.060 so is that around 8%? The Apple, Blackcurrant & Cranberry is still fermenting (1.012) as is the Zinfandel Blush wine kit. Decided to start the On The Rocks Raspberry & Lime cider kit today too. Got another DJ too, so...

Oh this sounds interesting, what do you mean though by using the sediment? Is there yeast in the bottom of the bottles? Is there an idiots guide to cultivating this yeast and what is the benefits? :)
