    Thanks guys Phettebs, andylanc is right it's a Woodforde's Wherry 2 can kit. So there was no fancy stuff. I bottled it exactly 1 month ago (11/05) after 2 weeks fermenting at 18 degrees. Once bottled it spent 2 weeks inside at roughly the same temp then it was moved to the shed where it has...

    I bottled my Wherry a month ago. Whilst sampling some over the past week I notice there is an ever so slight taste of celery. What could cause this and is it likely to get better or worse? Thanks :hmm: EDIT: Sorry. Meant to post this in beer brewing discussions :whistle:

    Great! Cheers for the help! Whilst I'm on a roll I have one last question... for bottle priming my wherry and also my IPA when I come to do it... should I use granulated sugar, dextrose or spraymalt?

    Thanks Calum :thumb: So one could purchase light, medium or dark spraymalt depending on the brew - light ales/lager could use light spraymalt. stouts/dark ales could use dark and beers in the middle would use medium?... If that is correct it makes perfect sense :D Also is spraymalt and...
