    hi all i have a couple of brews matureing away in fv,s for nearly three months now. what i would like to know is it possible to bottle some of it to make it fizzy it is very nice but flat. swmbo fancies a carbonated cider. will it fizz up in the bottles or have i left it too long cheers all

    hi all i have put on a batch of toffee apple cider receipe called for a can of pears i checked but could see no preseratives on the tin. it has been 2 days now and it has not started, if there are preseratives present can i do anything about the brew or is it ruined? thanks in advance
