    Add brew enhancer late.

    Can I add brew enhancer after ferment has started ( Mangrove Jack Juicy Session IPA kit)? I ordered enhancer, but has been delayed a day. I could use sugar but read about the detrimental effects this can have. If I do add it do I liquidise it first , or add as is. Thanks in advance.

    King Keg, now the Schrader leaks, so fitted a Strain Gauge.

    First time use of the schrader today, a 12gm bulb, and bicycle inflator adaptor, as soon as the gas went in, the schrader valve failed to seal and leaked most of gas before I could get the cap back on the valve.     Ex aerospace engineer (electronics) with Bae sytems. Ex Royal Air Force, served on 74, 11, and 43 squadrons. Did my first homebrewing about 40 odd years back, using the Beersphere which I had to modify to get repeatable and successful results. (gas leaks, gas leaks ... ! ) Got back into brewing...
