Added dry hops 5 days ago and everything appeared fine, was going to transfer to PB today and found this. Also cleaned out dregs of PB I finished this weekend and found similar. I guess a deep clean is required- what is the best way to go about it.

Hi Brewed a AG Kolsch and bottled it 4 weeks ago. I tried it the other night and it is very flat and bland. Final ABV came out at 5.8% which was way above the expected 4.6%. Temp control was reasonable. Batch primed with 102g table sugar. Have i done something wrong? If all else fails it will...
