    I brewed it, had a great result. Some tweaks and minor changes over the recipe given but kept it in the same style. 95% MO, 5% Dextrose, 8IBU chinook in the boil. I used Dana, Columbus, Comet in the WP. Opal, Topaz for the first DH charge and then Opal, Vic secret for the second dose...

    Is anyone brewing anything from DIYDOG yet?

    Something caught my eye when I was scouring the recipes... Dogma.. uses a very low AA hop for its bittering charge and... a lager yeast and low temp fermentation. Both unexpected twists... and I'll likely tackle that one sooner rather than later.

    Yep, I've done #215 - Jet Black Heart. Kegged and carbing now. I've only had the original on Nitro in one of their bars so I guess the bottle version will be a little different. As for the recipe? Total IBU/EBC seemed elusive no matter what I tried using an array of software tools. So...

    OK, new to me... and I recently had a couple of beers made with this hop. First one was on a keg that was undescribed to me... I took a whiff... .and thought... "floral" , took a sip... "Jasmine" I was convinced I was drinking a Jasmine infused beer - not so - this was just a Triskel...

    I've had some US-05 fermenting a batch of a scottish 80/- recipe for three weeks now. I've checked it periodically and it's been going along at more or less 16 degrees for the entire fermentation. I started out at 1064 (higher than I was expecting after I'd over boiled) but the yeast has chowed...
