I've added Mosti Mondiale - Pure Grape Skins before and it made all the difference.

Will stick with my BZ 3.1.1 until it needs replacing. Not sure I'm so impressed by the v4 things I've heard so far so would need to do a lot of research if I need anything else anytime soon.

Back on it this week. Got a Chardonnay fermenting away and am currently mashing a Leffe clone. My cat is very interested in what's going on she's a year old now and I don't think I've brewed since I had her. Thankfully most of the process has come back to me.

This is what I usually brew Belgian Blonde – Leffe clone - The Malt Miller They are out of the hops so I've sourced them from elsewhere and am cleaning the kit today to brew it on the weekend.

This is bad news although I didn't buy it that often. I brewed a clone a few times though which was amazing so that's what I'll get ready for Christmas.
