I made a Czech pilsner on Friday 10 June and fermented very well but this morning it looks like it’s stopped working bubbler has levelled out. Would you take a gravity reading.
I brewed a witbier last Sunday it never started fermenting till Tuesday am. It’s now finished fermenting and it under a week old I took a Gravity reading and was 1:006 it should be 1:011 would you bottle or leave for 2 days and take another reading
I made a witbier Sunday I added the yeast which never started to work added another pack of yeast and it’s the same then noticed the yeast was out of date. Is it to later to add more yeast
