    Why dont you just put your 4lts plus sugar in take your s/g remove 1 lt , put your yeast in wait a day or to and top up with your 4th lt,wait till finished take f/g job done

    I want to make cider to keg in 18 lts kegs, i was thinking of making 13 and 1/2 lts at 10 % then when it finished adding 4and 1/2 lts of apple juice to sweeten it and bring it to about 7% . I have a Brewzilla can i put the 13and 1/2 lts in it and use it to pasteurize it then add the 4and 1/2...

    Hi i have made 23 litres of T/C from Lidl 100% apple juice in the past , i would like to try some with black grape juice in it can any body tell me what grape to apple juice they would use , 3 of apple to 1 of grape ? Thanks for any help

    Well as i have had 51 views and no replies i take it that nobody as tried Karpackie . I have been looking at Greg Hughes home brew beer book he as a Belgian Tripel at 9.1% ABV it as Saaz 4.2% hops and Styrian Golding 5.5% hops as anybody made this and as it got a bitter taste ?
