Read this a few times by some members. My 6 bottle kits end up filling 5 bottles more or less after racking etc.
my feeling is that topping up before bottling will dilute the wine is this something most of you do?
I’m using a plastic 1 gallon DJ and notice that as my wine clears there is a build up of sediment on the ribbing from top to bottom. Not a lot but enough to notice.
Has anyone discovered a way to combat this?
