    Yes swing tops are the way forward by far. I could see bottles breaking if I tried to cap them

    For Cider I'm using around 10 ml of Priming sugar in boiling water for each pint. Seems to have a good fizz and I use the dish washer on my glasses

    That sounds good. I like sparkling ciders so have been bottling mine. Do you have a recipe for me to follow please as I wouldn't mind trying that out? What sort of cost was involved?

    Yes I'm a huge fan of Westons vintage cider-8.2%! This kit seems to be the closest one to it I've read but can't seem to get hold of one to try. Please keep me updated with how yours goes as I'm am interested to know.

    Yes maybe although I generally always drink the same cider I buy. Fingers crossed this cider works as it's been a while since my last batch-20 + years 😁
