    Many thanks for your advice. I have 4x 25 litre buckets for my other wine and 2x demi John's. I'm assuming the 2 demis will equate to 2 gallons? That's the max I can do at present.

    How to make Turbo Cider.

    The last one i did was actually really nice, i used apple juice and red grape juice and added some blackcurrant juice to the Dj when it had finished fermentation. I guess its all an experiment to find the end result that works. Thanks for your post danmac.
