    Traces of Mould/Fungus on Cork

    Bottled this wine about 3 months ago and now I have Traces of mould or wine on some of the corks. It wipes off easily enough. The corks are bare, no plastic sleeves or anything. Should I be worried?

    Morning all I want to calibrate my iSpindel and I've looked at some guides, but they all seem to be for 500ml of water. The only container I have that will fit the iSpindel is a 2lt water bottle, so if I put 1.5 litres of water in it, will i need to add triple the amount of sugar? Thanks
