    Brewing for cask dispense

Well if you read @peebee ”treatise!” - it may not be necessary to get through the batch quickly ? I have the same setup verbatim - no spoilage due to air ingress or spoilage.

    Brewing for cask dispense

So referring back to my original question - do you think it’s simply a case of scaling to reduce abv for cask ?

    Brewing for cask dispense

There are quite a few breweries who vary Abv depending on packaging. one example Charles Wells[edit] Wells Bombardier – marketed as the 'Drink of England' with a strong link to English Heritage, it is a 4.1% cask beer, in bottles at 4.7% abv and canned at 4.3%. In 2009 Bombardier introduced...

    Brewing for cask dispense

Does anyone make changes, in the recipe or method when brewing for dispense using a traditional beer engine ? Or, does anyone have recipes that only work well for handpull dispense? My question only refers to changes made, if any, to the recipe or method of the brew not on anything post...

    Priming a cask...

Thanks 👍🏻 Some calculators change the rate /L depending on temperature. For 1.4 vols - 20L at 14c Brewfather advises 14.4g but increases this to 21.3g at 20c ?? Is that calc incorrect ? just seen a post by @foxy explaining this 👍🏻

    Corny Keg Sparkler Tap

Not bought one yet. I have currently setup one of my Nuktaps with a stout spout on it direct to disconnect on keg. Effectively the same as the sparkler tap. Picture above and video

how to serve from keg - only getting foam!

What about a low carbed cask style ale at 6-8psi - 1.8ish volumes around 9-10c ?? No need to top up pressure straight from keg.
