    How to make Turbo Cider.

Thanks for this - its a brilliant recipe. I made a 25l batch thinking it would last the week that my son and his fiancee were visiting. We demolished half of it on their first night. I've been to Lidl already to buy apple juice and will start another batch today :)

Apple cider is a bit too sweet

Yeah - pretty much bang on. I don’t think there’s an issue with the recipe. It’s just too sweet for my taste and I don’t want to waste it 😂😂

Apple cider is a bit too sweet

Hello all, I've got a corny keg full of cider that looks great, smells great, and has just the right amount of fizz. Problem is, it's a little too sweet. Any suggestions? Cheers.

Have I just made a terrible mistake

So...what to do? Water the garden with it - or - add 1kg of sugar solution and create some rank 'mystery brew'? :D

Have I just made a terrible mistake

I stuck to the recipe pretty closely. Only change was the yeast where I added two sachets as the book says to up the yeast for low temperature fermentation.

Have I just made a terrible mistake

Tastes a little bit sweet. Wouldn't describe it as very sweet.

Have I just made a terrible mistake

Cheers Baron. Here's the hydrometer with tap-water. Looks normal to me but happy to take the views of those more clued-up than me.
