I did a bottle top bar using the same clear resin but also made this as well. So many different things you can do.

    pub bench seating.

It's clear resin. Stcuk down the pictures with pva, then coated them with a thin watered down coat and once dry for 2 weeks (as resin and moisture does not go well) we covered in clear resin.

    pub bench seating.

I made these, really easy to do and no sewing machine needed. Foam, glued to some ply. Then lay over some wadding and staple to the ply. Repreat the process with the final material, I did hospital corner type folds on the ends.

Decided to make myself a cooling jacket for when I have full size kegs in. The keg is sitting on a plant pot tray to collect any condensation. Then wrapped 8m of 3/8 inch copper pipe which is connected to my shelf cooler, then wrapped in two layers of foil insulation. I'm awaiting delivery of...

    Ruined my first batch tonight

So, a week since bottling, I released all the pressure on day 3 and then left them. Tonight had my first bottle, the over sweet taste had gone as you guys said, its not exploded or gushing out of the bottle and its still warm. It is slightly over carbonated but I'll try a cold one tomorrow and...

    Ruined my first batch tonight

The batch was cold crashed for a few days, and moved to new fv for batch priming and bottling, 22L in total. They are in swing top bottles so no issue in opening and closing. Will be sat in a room which is about 19 deg. I like the idea of splitting the batch.

    Ruined my first batch tonight

    Ruined my first batch tonight

But would the sweet taste dissappear? The over carbonation I assume I could deal with by just popping open to lids to release the pressure and resealing?

    Ruined my first batch tonight

Lack of concentration I miss read the instructions and added too much sugar into beer when batch priming. There was two amounts, 150g for larger and 85g for all other beers and I put 150g in. Tasted it after bottling and it was like drinking sugar water. I know its meant to be sweet but Ill...

I cold crashed my larger for a few days, most went into a corey, the others went into bottles, after 2 weeks in the it's still not clear, the keg is in the fridge and plan for it to be for for atleast another 2 weeks - hopefully longer if I don't run out of supplies. There is a lot of options on...

Bulldog premium cider - batch priming

Been brewing my first cider and its ready for bottling tomorrow. The Instructions say a teaspoon of granulated sugar per 500ml bottle, but as I'm batch priming I was planning on dissolving 165g in about 300ml of warm water... Is this enough?
