Hard lumps of spraymalt in my brew

I brew Boil in the Bag, so I use my chosen grains, bag them up and steep them for an hour at 75°C. I then mix 4 Kg of my chosen DSM to 5 Ltr of cold water and use a hand held " Soup Blitzer" to mix it. This takes around 2 minutes, no lumps!! Sorted. I then mix my grain Wort minus the bags, and...

    Where to buy Star San

I bottle my Ales, and use Milton Sterilising Tablets. I get them off Amazon, they are very good value @ £6.50 for 3 boxes of 28 Tabs. It is rinse free and safe. So far (touch wood) i have had no issues.

    Subscription services

I tried Beer 52, found it overpriced and undervalue. There were a couple of decent beers but, most I would not give fridge room too if they were free. Too many pretentious "Chocolate with a hint of Coffee" type trash in there. Cancelling my subscription was a chore too.

Stella, tastes flowery and bleachy to me. Keo, its thin as water. Coors Light!! Embarrassing excuse for a beer, worse ( if possible) than Budwater Light.

    Dry hopping

I put Hop Pellets in a jug, then dribble hot water as I stir with a fork until I have a loose paste. I thenspoon the hop paste gently into my Wort, reseal and leave for 3 days before racking, gelatine fining and leaving for 3 days more. Then I bottle. Lovely hoppy, clear beer.
